History

The Japanese Cardiac Rehabilitation Research Conference was first convened in 1978. Seventeen years later, the Japanese Association of Cardiac Rehabilitation was formally established in 1995.

Purpose

The objectives of this association, for fulfillment across a broad spectrum of society, are to conduct research concerning cardiac rehabilitation and facilitate resulting clinical applications, to strive toward providing education in the field while disseminating that knowledge and to contribute toward promoting improved health and welfare through advancements in clinical medicine.
